Came as anticipated. The shipping company called me in advance so I could be at my office when they delivered. My cleaning solution didn’t come with the order. I’m hoping they send it soon

Amazing process start to finish! Shipping arrived on time (keep in mind 8+ weeks for delivery! Felt like it took forever but delivered 100% on schedule, so don’t be in a rush). Absolutely everything they did was exceptional and top-notch customer service!

I searched and researched for about 6 months before taking the leap and ordering a custom desk sight unseen. Amar was the reason I felt comfortable going with AxisOffice; he was always timely with responses and definitely patient as I changed my mind amidst the many questions I asked. Months AFTER I picked out the desk, I was finally ready to order it...and Amar was patient with me then too given the original desk I selected was technically no longer available online. He made it an non-issue; the desk was ordered, delivered and set up with essentially no assembly which made it super easy! Now that it’s here in my space, I can’t help but stop and admire it from time to time. It’s SO beautiful, and is brilliantly made to be a showstopper to anyone who sees it. No joke - everyone compliments the desk!

I must admit, my biggest worry was the product getting damaged all the way from the east to the west coast undamaged. The way they packed my desk was perfect. Took carpenters to disassemble the shipping container they built. As far as the desk, WOW!. Definitely amazed by the quality and finish work. It's a centerpiece and statement that stands out in my real estate office. Definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend these desks, they look so good, we had the desks customized to fit our needs. They are the best looking and most perfect desk for our space! We bought two and will need more! Desk is on the right side I wish I had more photos of the backside.
