Axis Office is dedicated to providing our customers a superior customer service experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 100% refund on unused, never installed merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling costs.

• We are unable to accept returns on custom furniture, custom modifications or on any special order item.
• Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit. 
•  Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and received by Axis Office in new condition and in the original packaging. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund.
