Our Ready-to-Ship collection includes in-stock items that typically ship within 2–3 business days—perfect for fast-paced projects and quick installations.

Do you offer custom-built furniture?

Yes! We specialize in custom office furniture tailored to your brand’s aesthetic, layout, and function—down to materials, finishes, lighting, and logo integration.

What are your shipping and lead times?

Our Ready-to-Ship items usually ship within a few business days. Our Customize It pieces vary based on complexity, but typical lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks.

Is installation included?

All desks and tables arrive fully assembled. Installation or white-glove delivery services are available upon request depending on your location and order size.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer financing through PayPal Credit, available during checkout. Choose the "Pay Later" option to split your purchase into smaller payments over 6 months with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period.

Warranty, Returns, and Support

What warranty do you offer?

We provide a comprehensive 2‑year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

  • Structural components made from plywood, MDF, and metal
  • Standard laminates and PVC laminates against peeling, cracking or discoloration
  • Engineered solid surfaces versus cracking, bending or color change
  • Painted glass surfaces regarding peeling, cracking or discoloration
  • Soft components like LED lighting, hardware, and glue failures

Our team will either repair the defective item on-site or provide replacements at no cost. We also arrange freight pickup for warranty items. Replacement parts typically ship within 3–6 weeks. Note that the customer is responsible for packaging and crating the item for return. If repairs are done by a third-party, quotes must first be approved by Axis Office, as we cannot guarantee external workmanship.

This warranty begins on the date of delivery. Additional limitations apply for misuse, natural disaster, resale, or international relocation outside mainland US & Canada. Final‑sale items are not covered.

How do I request warranty service?

To request warranty support, please submit a request via our Contact Us page. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or video of the product.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders are final unless defective.
